Terms of service
TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Aussie Goodness website and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or purchasing from Aussie Goodness, you agree to these terms.
1. ABOUT AUSSIE GOODNESS
Aussie Goodness is an Australian-owned business selling Australian-made personal care products.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aussie Goodness.
2. ONLINE STORE
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been a pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect product information or an issue affecting our ability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
As our soap is a physical manufactured product, minor variations in colour, appearance, fragrance, texture, dimensions or finish may occur between bars or batches.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and colours may also appear differently depending on your device or screen.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability may change from time to time.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is fulfilled.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates only. Once an order has been handed to the relevant postal or courier service, delays may occur that are outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a specific promotion.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Aussie Goodness offers a 100% money-back guarantee subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products generally cannot be physically returned for resale. This does not limit our money-back guarantee or any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further information.
7. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
8. WEBSITE CONTENT
All content appearing on the Aussie Goodness website, including branding, logos, product photography, graphics, written content and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Aussie Goodness unless otherwise stated.
